Teen Tuesday Challenge: The Great Papercraft Race

Event Description:

Are you a detail-oriented crafter up for a challenge? Are scissors and glue two of your best friends? If you answered yes to those questions, then this is the perfect challenge for you! Register for one of our giant sloth paper craft kits. (FYI- this craft is not for the faint of heart. It will be a challenge!) We'll give you everything you need to construct your very own 3-D sloth entirely out of paper at home! Then, the first person to complete their sloth and bring it back to the library will win a fabulous Sloth Prize Pack including loads of fun sloth stuff and a $15 gift certificate to a really fun place. For kids in 6th grade and up. All participants who complete a sloth will receive a prize. Register beginning June 22. Pick up your sloth kits June 29. Sloths must be complete by July 16.
